We sell products online and deliver anywhere within Australia. Delivery within in Australia costs $5.00. Orders are usually sent the next business day. Allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Shipping – New Zealand – $8.00 AUD
We deliver throughout New Zealand. Please be aware though, prices (including delivery charges) on this site are listed in Australian Dollars. Delivery to anywhere in New Zealand costs $8. Allow 14 days for delivery.
Shipping – Rest of the World – $12 AUD
We are now delivering product to the world. Please be aware though, prices (including delivery charges) on this site are listed in Australian Dollars. Delivery to anywhere outside Australia and New Zealand costs $12. Allow 14 days for delivery in major cities and slightly longer for rural/country areas.
Refunds and Returns
Our products are designed with great care and affection and we hope you will be pleased with them. If the product is damaged or we have sent the wrong product, we will refund both the product and postage fee (if applicable). If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, contact us via email penelopeleonard@thesewingroom.com.au or phone 0432 688 536. And please return the product unused and in the orginal packaging within 14 days and we will refund or exchange them for you.
